Snow Removal
The photos in the gallery above were taken on February 26, 2007 In
Hastings Minnesota. The day before the photos were taken there was
a strong snow storm resulting in 10-13 inches of snow on the ground over
the course of one weekend. The photos depict the snow removal
process that occurs in the downtown area of Hastings. The snow is
plowed to the center of the road separating the lanes, then it is placed
in to dump trucks using a very large snow blower. Lastly the snow
is stored in a city lot for the winter and will melt there in the
