In the last three years, nearly
2,500 new condos, lofts, townhomes and apartments
have been constructed in the downtown area, representing
40 building complexes and more than $530 million
in investments. As a result, downtown Milwaukee's
population has boomed more than 20% to 11,126
in 2000. This growth reflects a nationwide shift
from the suburbs to downtown as a living destination.

Milwaukee. Just blocks from the Bradley Center,
home of the NBA Bucks, MISL Waves, AHL Admirals,
and Conference USA Marquette Golden Eagles. Also,
blocks again from the popular Grand Avenue Mall.
