Returns & Exchange

At The Outlet, we stand behind every product we sell. Our no-questions-asked Signature Guarantee gives you a full 395 days to put any The Outlet product to the test. If any product from The Outlet fails to meet your expectations in any way, return it within 13 months, and we'll promptly replace it or refund the cost, whichever you prefer.

To return an item, please follow the steps below:

1. Complete the Exchange/Return form that came with your order.
2. Use the return shipping label attached to your Exchange/Return form.
3. Carefully repackage the merchandise and affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package.
4. Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post.
