Take the topic and proposition from Assignment 2 and develop an outline for them. The outline should have around 8 to 10 major points and the reader should get an idea of what major pieces of information you will look at.

We are working towards a full proposal that can be used for discussion with possible advisers and eventually submitted for approval.
