I am experienced in the development of mathematical models of biomedical systems and processes, particularly those involving the numerical solution of differential equations. My doctoral research involved numerical modeling of a temperature swing adsorption process for regeneration of renal dialysate. My master's research involved a study of extracorporeal carbon dioxide removal (ECCO2R) processes and the development of a quantitative mathematical model of a specific ECCO2R process involving low blood flow rates through a membrane lung.
